Notes: Worried about climate change?  The best solution is to roll up your sleeves and take action.  As you take action, you will receive inspire and hope that we can reduce the threat of climate change.  Even more, people around you will take notice of your action, and they will be inspired to take action also.

Al Gore spoke so eloquently about hope in the documentary, Inconvenient Truth:

"An astonishing number of people go straight from denial to despair, without pausing on the intermediate step of saying, 'We can do something about this.

We have everything we need to begin solving the climate crisis - save, perhaps, political will.  But in America, political will is a renewable resource.

Each one of us is a cause of global warming, but each one of us can become part of the solution: in the decisions we make on what to buy, the amount of electricity we use, the cares we drive, and how we live our lives.  We can even make choices to bring our individual carbon emissions down to zero."

With hope, I am ready to be part of the solution.  How about you?

This is a nice twist on 'action is the antidote to despair'.

I particularly like 'political will is a renewable resource'. It deserves a bite of its own!
